This Bond is given by me the undersigned____ residing at ____ in favour of Mr. B as follows -

Whereas I am having several dealings with the said Mr. B as a result of which I have become liable to pay to Mr. B in an aggregate sum of Rs_____

Whereas the said Mr. B has refused to continue the dealings or business with me unless I acknowledge the said liability as on today and execute this bond for the payment thereof.

Now I ________ hereby confirm that I am indebted to Mr. B in the said sum of Rs_______ and I agree and covenant to pay to Mr. B the said sum on demand with interest thereon at the rate of Rs____ per cent per annum.
