After a brief discussion the following resolution was passed unanimously 

"RESOLVED THAT a Lease Deed be executed with State ____________________ with respect to industrial plot bearing no. ______________situated at _______________________ Industrial Area within the village limits of ______________________ and within the limits of ______________ and Distt. ________________________ admeasuring _______ sq. mtrs. 

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT MR. ______________________________, and/or Mr. _________________, and/or Mr. _________________________________, Directors of the Company be and are hereby authorised to execute, for and on behalf of the Company the said Lease Deed with State __________________________________ and further to do all acts, deeds and things as may be required to give effect to the aforesaid resolution."
