FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Mr. ________________________, be and is hereby authorised to furnish a copy of the Board resolution along with other documents to the Sales tax authorities at _____________ and also to take all necessary steps as he may deem fit for accomplishment of the aforesaid purpose."
