CHANGE IN AUTHORITY (FOR BANK ACCOUNT OPERATION) 



(i) "RESOLVED THAT in connection with the banking account (A/C NO. _________________________)of 
the company existing with Punjab National Bank, Near Railway Station, Coimbatore, the following 
persons are collectively authorised to sign or accept all cheques, bills of exchange, promissory notes and 
other orders viz.

(ii) That this resolution shall remain in force until notice in writing of its withdrawal or cancellation is
