DEED OF GIFT OF HOUSEHOLD EFFECTS IN THE POSSESSION OF THE DONOR



THIS DEED OF GIFT made the ________ day of __________

 BETWEEN

_________________________________________________ (insert the name of Donor, address, etc.) (hereinafter called the assignor) of the ONE PART

AND

_______________________________________________ (insert the name of Donee, address, etc.) (hereinafter called the Donee) the wife of the assignor (or as the case may be) of the OTHER PART.

WITNESSETH as follows:

In consideration of his natural love and affection for the donee the assignor hereby assigns unto the donee:

such of the furniture materials and other property in or about the dwelling-house of the assignor at (address) or in or about the garage and outbuildings thereto as are mentioned in the First Schedule hereto; and

all (if any) the furniture materials and movable property in or about the dwelling-house of the assignor at (address) (or the said dwelling-house) or in or about the garage and outbuildings thereto other than and except the money documents materials and property mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto TO HOLD the same unto the donee absolutely.
