4 parts and a Volume index. 

For subscribing to SCR-2015, fill-up the said subscription form and send it by post to Mr. Bibhuti Bhushan Bose,
Editor, Supreme Court Reports (SCR), Supreme Court of India, New  Delhi-110 201 alongwith a Demand Draft/
Cheque  in favour of “The Controller of Publication, Civil Lines, Delhi-54” @ Rs.4920/- per  annual subscription.
In addition, a scanned copy of the filled-up subscription form and the cheque/DD be e-mailed to bb.bose@nic.in.
